Nevada court fight starts over eminent domain limits

It may not matter if the voters want the opportunity to vote on public domain, the trial lawyers may not allow it.

Don't Mess With Israel

I think that has become quite clear over the last few days. If you haven't heard, Israel has not only moved into the Gaza strip in search of their kidnapped soldier, but they have now moved into Lebanon in search of soldiers kidnapped by Hezbollah. You can read more about it here. What I want to know, is what is the U.S. going to do here? If we are really committed to the global war on terror, will we have a better opportunity than this? Hamas and Hezbollah are two of the largest terrorist organizations in the world, and one of our closest allies already has them on the run. If we capitalize properly on this opportunity, we could strike a serious blow to worldwide Islamic terrorism.

Entrance into this conflict by the U.S. would most certainly mean full scale war in the middle east. It is my firm belief that a U.S. presence in this conflict will encourage Iran and Syria to bring military force.

With that being said, I think Iran and Syria on jumping into this conflict no matter what. Tehran is going to see this as a perfect opportunity to spin this into the holly war they have been trying to start. I see no reason to give them the opportunity to strike first.

Of course, this is all just my speculation, but strategically speaking, the next few days may be quite interesting.
